Describe what happened

Tell us what you expected, what actually happened, and the steps needed to reproduce it. The app version, device model, system version, and frequency can help us investigate. The app’s email template fills in some device details, which you can remove before sending.

Attach only relevant screenshots. Do not send passwords, full payment details, or personal audio. Contacting support does not automatically upload audio or mixes.

Purchased but not unlocked

Check that your device uses the Apple Account that made the purchase and is connected to the internet. Select Restore purchases at the bottom of the membership purchase screen and wait for Apple and RevenueCat to return the result. Restoration does not require another purchase; pending approval or incomplete transactions do not immediately unlock access.

If the issue remains, tell us which plan you purchased and approximately when. Remove unrelated personal information before providing any necessary proof of purchase.

Cancel renewal or request a refund

On iPhone or iPad, open system Settings, tap your name, open Subscriptions, and select Yantu to manage or cancel it. Lifetime VIP is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a weekly or annual subscription.

Privacy and data requests

Email us with the scope of the information you want to understand, access, correct, or delete. We may need to verify the request and locate records; never send account passwords. Deleting analytics records does not cancel a subscription or automatically delete Apple’s transaction records.

Our Privacy Policy explains automatic usage analytics, purchase services, retention, and local audio handling. You can also request audio source information or complete license notices by email.
